Role Summary : Drive Financial Planning and Advice Implementation Growth in the Designated Region (Financial Plans, Financial Planning Fees, Product Penetration)
Partner effectively with GA’s, Sales Managers and Advisors in the Field
Implement Sales Processes, and Training and Implementation Programs for FP and Advice
Grow Financial Planning & Advice: Field Sales Leadership
Work alongside your team with GAs on Developing a Firm Financial Planning Growth Plan: Segment > Engage > Execute
In Firm Financial Planning Marketing Strategies
In Firm Sales Process & Strategy Development
In Firm FP Infrastructure Development
Lead FP Focus Groups in conjunction with GAs
Work directly with Sales Managers with your team to Implement and Drive FP Sales & Product Implementation
Work directly with Advisors with your team to Implement Financial Planning in their Practice
Financial Planning Strategy Work
Coordinate In Field Efforts with Key Field Leadership
Coordinate Training Efforts
Align Key Resources for Execution, including Product Partners and other Financial Planning Resources
Financial Planning—This individual must have in depth knowledge of Financial Planning. This should include:
Knowledge of the FP Process, including selling FP, data gathering, case analysis and strategy implementation, as well as how to implement ongoing planning through a service model
Understanding of the role tools play in supporting the sales process and enhancing the client experience
This individual should have experience as a Financial Planning Practitioner
Knowledge of Products & Services—This individual should have an in depth knowledge of the following Products & Services, and must have experience selling or implementing them:
Insurance: Disability, Life, and Long Term Care Insurance
Fee based investment management
Coaching & Consulting- This individual must have experience influencing advisors through both long term relationship building, and short term analysis work
Practice Management- This individual should have strong practice management knowledge specific to financial planning including:
Building a long-term, fee-based financial planning practice
Client Service Model processes to drive deepening
Methods for practice growth through efficiencies
