Position Summary

Formulate and define robotics process automation business and/or systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable industry requirements. Leverage agile methodology to work with team to groom product backlogs and set priority. Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and/or system requirements. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of business and/or systems analysis while considering the business implications of robotics process automation to the current and future business environment.


  • Works with guidance on more complex project

  • Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders

  • Looks for and finds ways to improve the way we operate business

  • Document requirements (functional & non-functional) and create use cases

  • Analyze and decompose business rules

  • Assist other team members with understanding the business requirements

  • Operates independently on multiple project tasks

  • Participate in all phases of project testing

  • Leads business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives

  • Gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements

  • Facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions

  • Collaborate with business and systems experts

  • Lead analysis of business processes, procedures, data and rules

  • May provide oversight of overall quality of work product

  • Negotiate and influence requirements direction

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future


  • Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that could have a short to long term focus

  • Experience with drafting business requirements

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and can work on multiple different assignments at once

  • Ability to own and drive business analysis of a project

  • Experience with retirement services

  • Experience with process automation ideal

  • Experience working within Agile methodology, with agile mindset

  • Testing skills

  • Ability to mentor other less seasoned business analysts

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future .


  • At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience

  • Degree preferred, but not required
