If this vision excites you, we are seeking a delivery leader to lead work-cells focused on business outcomes and projects. This individual will be dedicated to our customer channels, emphasizes business/domain knowledge and delivery accountability, and minimizes ramp-up / ramp down costs. The role will be aligned to our Workplace Solutions business.

The Delivery Leader for Sales & Distribution will be responsible for the Client Management and Delivery for an assigned business function. For the Sales and Distribution organization of our Workplace Solutions business, the Client Management function presents a significant amount of complexity and directs work that is executed across a number of other work cells in Workplace Solutions Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages 1 Delivery Leader & 3 work cells (Client Management, B2B - Advisor, B2C – Commissions & Fees). Oversight of team of >30 people executing >$4.5M in initiatives/projects.

  • Accountable for delivery and health of work-cell (agile and/or waterfall) team.

  • Develop technology strategies and roadmaps, mapping to business needs.

  • Actively participates in industry and brings insights into MM.

  • Provide cost and capability transparency to business partners.

  • Oversight for portfolio capacity / demand of work-cell teams – gathering demand from IT and business leaders and planning accordingly.

  • Accountable for selection and engagement of team members – attract, retain and develop talent.

  • Accountable for cost center budget of portfolio.

  • Reports directly to CIO and is part of leadership team for channels.

  • Create an environment that is proactive, inclusive, agile, economical, collaborative and accountable.

  • Coach, mentor and provide career guidance for all team members and build domain expertise within the team.

  • Ensure execution is aligned with best practices and standards as defined by CoEs and solutions deployed are secure as per EIRM standards.

  • Collaborate within and across CIO channels to identify delivery efficiencies, leverage teammates on the bench and ensure all teams are successful

  • Provides information to business partners about product line improvement opportunities and collaborates with them to drive down costs and support capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of overall technology and/or business experience with at least 5 years of IT leadership, business unit, or other functional leadership experience.

  • Self-driven, extremely energetic individual who has the vision of enhancing the productivity of MM(IT) employees by leveraging the latest in technology.

  • Understanding of the impact of IT on business results.

  • Experience in managing business engagements starting from building strong relationship with the various business leads to balancing a wide variety of priorities.

  • Experience and knowledge of domain and/or proven record of learning quickly.

  • Has an understanding of an IT organization and which areas support tools, applications services and projects across IT.

  • Proven ability to promote ideas and proposals persuasively, shape stakeholders opinions, project a positive image, work through conflicts and negotiate win/win solutions.

  • Proven ability to apply financial insights and draw accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative information.

  • Assists in the development and definition of the business partners’ strategy.

  • Deep technical knowledge in application development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating initiatives across business and organizational boundaries, and building effective cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to travel and work under periods of stress.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of distribution organizations and tools (Salesforce)

  • Knowledge of employee benefits

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
