POSITION SUMMARY

Assists in developing and providing analysis and reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and other members of the business transformation team. Will also be responsible for reporting to various business leaders on progress of a major business line transformation effort and pushing for timely completion of key milestones and other action items. This position will assist in driving various strategic projects and financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary job duties, responsibilities, and skills include the following:

Prepare reports and draft communications

  • Timely prepare high-quality, clear and succinct materials for the weekly business transformation meetings and other transformation needs, including presentations, reports and communications

  • Provide analysis and prepare reports on progress of the business transformation effort for the finance team and other business leaders

  • Uses Transformation’s core tracking and reporting system to track progress of initiatives through the pipeline at every stage

  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to improve business profitability

  • Quickly learn and stay abreast of all business transformation projects

Drive accountability and decision making at various levels in the organization

  • Drive leaders and project owners to meet deadlines and make timely decisions

  • Create list of meeting action items to ensure they are timely completed

Assist Chief Transformation Officer achieve goals of the transformation effort

  • Assist the Chief Transformation Officer prepare for meetings, complete action items and drive results

  • Supports weekly transformation meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion and coordinating logistics

  • Proactively resolves issues and assist individuals with eliminating roadblocks in achieving goals

  • Schedules and helps deliver the training of core reporting system

  • Becomes an expert in the functionality of Transformation’s core tracking and reporting system for both day-to-day initiative management and overall Transformation management / tracking and coaches others on its use

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Highly Skilled and Experienced with using MS PowerPoint and Excel

  • Must be able to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast paced office environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA

  • Experience in financial services
