Description

  • Provide detailed complete, accurate sales presentation solutions (product information, illustrations, forms and marketing material) for producers and back office support personnel.

  • Proactively partner with External Wholesalers/Sales Desk/Internal MassMutual partners to develop/grow sales as supported by the business plans.

  • Develop, design and provide custom sales “point of sale” presentations/kits for Life Sales.

  • Provide complex or advanced sales information/illustrations/resources directly to producers to better position MassMutual’s products in addressing/solving client advanced sales needs.

  • Consult with Advanced Sales Attorney’s and Advanced Sales Illustration unit to develop MassMutual’s compliant sales solutions.

  • Analyze competitor’s illustrations to provide competitive MassMutual sales solutions.

  • Become proficient with and effectively utilize all sales tools, illustration tools MassMutual Designs, Agility, Full Disclosure and other identified tools.

  • Work as a contributing team member to achieve National Sales Goals for Life Sales.

  • Actively work and update the key contacts for this territory to be sure that ample coverage and attention is being paid to the territory.

  • Provide backup to the other members of the team when needed.

  • Develops effective business sales plans and determines action to deliver them.

  • Consistently delivers – keeps promises, produces accurate results on time.

  • Demonstrated communication skills (email, written memos, telephone, voicemail, etc)

  • Demonstrated presentation skills within a work environment.
