Provide overall accounts payable oversite and coordination of the Company’s accounts payable staffing vendor Capgemini (CAP), the Company, internal accounts payable customers, and vendors. This position is responsible for resolving customer issues with the Company’s accounts payable system (Ariba) and (SAP). In addition, this position will work with Procurement to manage the Ariba contract and relationship, and manage the Purchase Card and Corporate (Ghost) card programs.


  • Manage/Govern Capgemini Accounts Payable relationship, support Capgemini with Accounts Payable Ariba and SAP issues

  • Provide customer and vendor support as the subject matter expert for Ariba and SAP Accounts Payable processing.

  • Assist with research and resolve escalated vendor Ariba and SAP payment issues

  • Work with Procurement, Capgemini and suppliers to establish suppliers on the Ariba Contract Compliance and interpret supplier contracts.

  • Manage the supplier enablement process on the Ariba System

  • Provide operational procurement – manual purchase orders, contract compliance, requisitions

  • Manage, govern and optimize Purchase Card and Corporate (Ghost) Card Programs


Key requirements are experience in Accounts Payable, together with familiarity with Ariba software. Some degree of team management. Process improvement and operating efficiency identification and enablement will support transformation efforts related to CFO 2020.

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable


  • Insurance company experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of employee direct deposits, ACH, and treasury experience is a plus

  • Expense budgeting and forecasting experience is a plus
