Seeking an Agile Lifecycle Management and Portfolio & Program Management Administrator to provide technical guidance, support, training, administration and maintenance. Candidate will be working as part of a small high-energy team delivering creative solutions and enhancements of the multiple tool sets. Candidate will be interacting directly with our MassMutual users to understand their requirements and impact their experience through the design and implementation of new features and customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Set-Up, Maintenance, Optimization and Configuration of both development and production environments.

  • Provide technical support for multiple tool sets.

  • Provide training to users on capabilities and best practices.

  • Provide administration, maintenance and upgrade support.

  • Monitor the system to respond to usability and performance concerns.

  • Manage user accounts and AD groups.

  • Support development and changes to workflows, screens, fields, and permission schemes within.

  • Administering add-ons and integrations.

  • Evaluate and manage the usage of add-ons to meet team and business needs.

  • A working knowledge of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with VersionOne or Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket

  • 2+ years of experience with CA PPM.

  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban).

  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.

  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with VersionOne, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and CA PPM.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket desired in the following: Understanding of Jira permissions sets preferred.Experience with add-ons. sExperience with migrating content.Experience using REST APIs for integration to other tools.Experience with SQL databases.

  • Aware of VersionOne capabilities, limitations, updates and industry best practices.

  • Experience with CA PPMAbility to create new BO reports / dashboards.Expert level competency in creating new Clarity portlets.Ability to design, develop and test complex workflow processes.
