POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Content Management Services (FileNet) team is a team of designers and developers that work on projects to store corporate records such as customer letters, contracts, HR documents, financial statements, and bills. The team works with both business and IT partners to develop integrations and services to support customers with legacy and state of the art digital integrations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with data and have a familiarity with content and records management concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Business Systems Analyst tasks related to bulk ingestion of data into the FileNet repository

•Support validation and integrated unit testing of bulk ingestions to ensure data quality

•Works with guidance on more complex projects

•Looks for and finds ways to improve operations

•Work with experienced peers to analyze and decompose business rules to ensure the proper data is being captured

•Support project teams with end-to-end testing tasks

•Assist the developers in understanding and designing the best solution

•Operates independently on multiple project tasks

•Documenting new configuration set-ups within ECM knowledge base in SharePoint

•Documenting and communicating configuration setup and production support roles and responsibilities to IT integration partners

•Work with ECM developers to design, implement and test new ingestion patterns

•Participate in Peer Reviews of designs and code

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic Job Qualifications:

  • 3 Years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Experience

  • Experience or working knowledge of Drafting business/systems requirements

  • Analysis and comprehension skills

  • Analytical problem solving skills

  • Comfortable reviewing and analyzing data in multiple formats (Text, Excel, XML)

  • Testing skills

  • Highly organized

  • Experience writing regular expressions

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Life Insurance/Financial Services industry highly desirable

  • Experience reading and updating XSD files preferred
