SUMMARY

We are looking to hire an analytic thought leader with excellent communication and collaborative skills to partner with other members of the Wealth Management group to conduct business data analysis and other ongoing data analytics work as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Synthesize large amounts of information and translate the derived insights into meaningful key risk indicators; excellent presentation skills, including ability to present complex information in compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations.

  • Analyze data to identify trends or anomalies by collecting, monitoring and creating reports for risk mitigation and decision support

  • Identify proactive opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness both for processes being reviewed and Compliance monitoring and testing methodologies.

  • Execute Compliance testing reviews including assessing key risks and evaluating associated control design and effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in communicating analytical findings through concise written and verbal communication; excellent visualization skills.

  • Gather data from multiple internal sources and synthesize observations

  • Perform analysis of business processes, procedures, data and rules

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and prioritize to provide exceptional service levels in a dynamic environment

  • Participate in special projects or ad-hoc assignments on an as-needed basis.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to distill insights quickly and clearly

  • Strong background in communicating analytical findings through concise written and verbal communication; excellent visualization skills.

  • Comfortable with analyzing data and working in Excel.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional team to gather inputs and align objectives and recommendations

  • Customer Centric: Passionate drive to delight our customers and offer unique solutions that delivers on their expectations.

  • Critical Thinking: thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem solving data to reach a well-reasoned solution.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with programs such as Tableau and Alteryx software is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a mathematical, data science technology or similar preferred.
