  • Compile and produce real time cyber threat intelligence to provide an accurate depiction of the current and emerging threat landscape and associated risk through the use of a variety of inputs (including vendor feeds, and open source reporting).

  • Assess each cyber threat based on factual information and wider contextual information in order to draw insights and conclusions regarding the relative threat to MassMutual, its business units, intellectual and physical property and personnel.

  • Produce actionable intelligence information for delivery to key stakeholders across all levels of the company in the form of technical reports, briefings, and data.

  • Apply solid understanding of hacker methodologies and tactics as well as MassMutual vulnerabilities and key indicators of attacks and exploits.

  • Conduct studies and make recommendations to identify and remediate cyber threats and trends.

  • Implement standard procedures to support incident response

  • Interface with key stakeholder across the organization.

  • Mentor and train junior members on advanced analysis techniques

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future


  • 3 years in cyber security related field

  • Must have demonstrated leadership abilities with small to medium teams.

  • Must be able to work independently with management on highly visible, divisional, cross-divisional complex projects.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be creative, positive, optimistic, energetic, and organized.

  • Must adapt well to changing demands and ambiguous situation.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.


  • Technologies Preferred: Anomali tools (threatened intelligence tools), recorded feature, risk IQ

  • Strong presentation skills in front of audiences of all shapes and sizes preferred.

  • Strong relationship building and maintaining skills preferred.

  • Knowledge of Information Risk Management/Cyber Security preferred
