Required Skills

  • Exceptional Excel/Access experience with large data models and multiple sources of data

  • Strong Data Analytics (defining, measuring, trending), data reconciliation

  • Strong experience in Executive Reporting primarily using PowerPoint Data Analytics:

  • Strong experience in correlating data from multiple data sources to build a common set of definitions resulting in a high level of data integrity.

  • Strong experience creating the processes and queries to build repeatable reporting for trends, plus ad hoc analysis based on business demand and projections. Executive Reporting :

  • Strong experience creating clear, effective Executive Reports/Dashboards of key metrics and trends of vendor spend, employee to contractor ratios, and contract renewal dates and dollars.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Define, measure, and trend vendor spend, employee to contractor ratios, and contract renewal dates and dollars

  • Consulting and education to IT Supplier Relationship Managers

  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting based on business models and executive inquiries

  • Responsive to Supplier Relationship Manager requests for vendor-specific spend trends by product and or service

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in large corporate environment, preferably Financial Services

  • Strong IT Knowledge, with Finance experience

  • Strong Project Management experience. Ability to deliver complex projects using effective planning, pragmatic approaches, and collaboration, despite obstacles and ambiguity

  • Strong financial experience/savviness – Business Case development, Planning and Analysis for Cost Transparency and Vendor Cost Optimization, understand how to ask appropriate financial questions, alignment and engaged with Finance

  • Strong individual leader with ability to build and inspire teams and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to drive adoption and deliver expected benefits

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Good sense of humor, highly independent, enjoys challenges

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
