Responsible for developing financial models to support business initiatives and deals, supporting other MMFA Financial Strategy, Sales Reporting and Analytics staff with needed financial modeling, providing insights to management and business partners.


The Director MMFA SFM is further expected to:

  • Collaborate within CFO and MMFA to ensure full understanding of objectives and goals.

  • Apply business objectives and long-term goals in scenario modeling.

  • Provide insights from model results to management for effective decision making.

  • Provide quality and timely customer support.

  • Work collaboratively with staffs from FP&A, MMFA, CX, Field and MMFA FSSR&A to establish and achieve goals.

  • Developing Financial Models

  • Understand the objective and build a model that produces the appropriate results

  • Develop various scenarios for comparison

  • Apply MMFA targets to modeling

  • Analyze model inputs and outputs for quality results

  • Providing insights to management and business partners

  • Share results with key partners

  • Communicate insights to management

  • Support the CFO planning and forecasting process

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other relevant program

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel

  • 10+ years of relevant experience including financial modeling

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future


  • Experience within the Life Insurance and/or FinancialIndustry preferred
