The Head of Program Development & Delivery – Field Recruiting and Teaming is charged with ensuring the field is equipped to execute on two of MassMutual Financial Advisors key areas of focus. This individual will lead a team focus on developing and building programs, tools, processes and systems aligned to the needs of field leadership and advisors. They will work closely with the field support teams for both teaming and recruiting to identify opportunities and to ensure the solutions developed get implemented in the field. Additionally, they will need to develop partnerships across numerous departments within MassMutual on large scale projects as well as day to day problem solving. This leader will align and motivate talent with the goal of creating a culture that is metrics driven with a focus on driving efficiency and creating value.
Develop and manage the systems and processes needed to run the advisor recruiting and teaming platform effectively.
Continually seek voice of the customer through multiple channels to ensure the platform is aligned and creating value.
Identify and prioritize high impact initiatives, gaining buy in from team members, field partners and senior leadership of MMFA.
Initiate and lead large scale, highly visible projects that require coordination across the enterprise.
Develop, produce and manage KPIs for both strategies that are tied to the success of the company and key stakeholders.
Interface with senior leadership both in the home office and the field on both strategy and problem resolution.
Gain a deep understanding of MassMutual’s IT systems and initiate and drive enhancements tied to advisor teaming and field recruiting priorities
Proven ability to lead and deliver on large scale projects
Has successfully developed strong partnership across a broad organization
Skilled at identifying and packaging metrics to drive change
Experience leading systems projects tied to business needs
Process minded with experience and skills to match
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven track record in identifying, managing and developing talent
Attention to detail and strong execution skills
Experience working within MassMutual IT systems
