Description

Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, running reports, indexing and imaging. Additional responsibilities may include researching, auditing requests, processing work and/or retrieving data or correspondences from files as requested within an appropriate time frame. Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support, data entry and various clerical duties; conducting research utilizing internal data and outside research sources.; and accommodating the storage of records and documents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Degree

  • 1+ years of data entry experience

  • Ability to work in the US without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future

  • Embrace teamwork (e.g., think globally, help others, build and maintain effective relationships, value diverse ideas andexperiences)

Warehouse conditions /Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds

  • Standing for a prolong period of time

  • Able to climb; repetitive use of 7 foot step ladder

  • Digital dexterity (i.e., ability to use a computer keyboard and toggle between various screens)

  • Perform repetition work requiring visual accuracy

  • Ability to sit, reach, grasp, lift, carry, bend, push and pull

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically has at least 2+ yrs of related experience

  • College degree preferred

  • Financial services experience

  • Perform detailed work, consistently delivering high quality results

  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

  • Be a proponent of change (e.g., seek out process improvement opportunities, learn from mistakes, easily adapt to change, and critical thinking)
